CIDAE
CIDAE, is a Center of Information and Difusion of the Art
of Enamelling in Spain, located in Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain)
was founded in 1983, by Andreu Vilasís. CIDAE is the national
committee of Enamellers in Spain. A non-profit association
dedicated to promotion of the Arte Enamelling on metals with fire. |

CIDAE also publishes the
magazine called "L'ESMALT" (in both Spanish and Catalan languages) published
every three months. "L'Esmalt" is a magazine pertaining to vitreous enamel on
metal and related arts. Its goal is to educate the public about history, art concep and
techniques of glass on metal and to open communication among enamellers in the world; and
to increase the general knowledge and value of this art.
CIDAE informs about all kinds of information including contests, news, awards,
exhibitions, symposiums, conferences nationally and internationally. CIDAE organizes
national and international events as the exhibition "World of Enamelling" in
Salou (Tarragona, Spain) (since 1985) and The Emison Award (since 1988 in Barcelona). |
Subscription
fee for CIDAE:
Inscription free, only for once: 10 Euros.
CIDAE membership fee, including subscription to 4 issues of "L'Esmalt" is : 60
Euros (includes Air Mail) for 1 year.
